How does TABLOO handle billing for the apps?

TABLOO offers various billing plans to accommodate the different needs and sizes of organizations. You can choose from monthly or annual subscription plans, which are priced according to the number of users and the level of functionality required. For larger enterprises or those needing customized solutions, bespoke pricing arrangements can be discussed. For the integrations to the third-party solutions please contact us for further information, as it will be billed separately.  All payments are processed securely, and detailed invoices are provided.

Our dedicated support portal also allows you to manage your tickets and view the status of your requests. Are the TABLOO apps continuously updated?

Yes, TABLOO is dedicated to continually developing our apps to add new features, enhance existing functionalities, and maintain the highest security standards. We conduct regular updates that include both enhancements and routine maintenance. Clients receive update notifications well in advance, and updates are scheduled during low-usage hours to minimize any potential disruptions.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You may cancel your TABLOO subscription writing to support@primend.com any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team directly. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, allowing you to access the apps until then. No further charges will be applied after cancellation, and we provide clear instructions on how to export your data during this period. (client environment) With a yearly subscription, no refund will apply. 

Is there a trial period offered for the apps?

TABLOO provides a 14-day free trial for all new customers to explore the full capabilities of our apps without any commitment. During the trial, you have access to all the features and can start integrating the app into your workflow immediately. If you need any help during the trial, our support team is ready to assist with setup, customization, and answering any queries you may have.

How does TABLOO handle data security and privacy?

Ensuring the security and privacy of your data is paramount at TABLOO. We employ state-of-the-art security measures such as end-to-end encryption, regular penetration testing, and strict compliance with international data protection regulations including GDPR. Can I integrate TABLOO apps with other systems?

Yes, integration capabilities are a core feature/apps have the possibility to integrate various programs, but it is not included in the license of both Expenses by TABLOO and Vacations by TABLOO. These apps can be integrated with Microsoft 365 services, Salesforce, SAP, and other ERP or accounting software. Our technical support team provides assistance during the integration process to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.

What customization options are available for TABLOO apps?

TABLOO apps are highly customizable to fit your specific business needs. From setting up custom leave types and approval workflows to configuring alerts and data fields, our team works closely with you to ensure the app aligns perfectly with your company’s processes. Customization can be accessed through the app settings, and our support team is available to provide guidance and implementation assistance.

What happens to my data if I decide to stop using TABLOO?

All the data will be stored inside the client environment. In other words, you control your data, as the solution resides in the client environment, and all the information is stored there. 

If you choose to discontinue using our apps, you can export your data at any time before the end of your subscription period. We provide a variety of export formats and our support team can assist in securely transferring your data. After the subscription ends, your data will be securely retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted from our systems, unless otherwise requested for compliance reasons.
